Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve client issues, via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Manage and follow up on issues and requests in a timely manner.
- Perform all other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- College degree or Microsoft certification.
- 5 years of relevant experience in diagnosing and resolving technical problems remotely.
- Bilingualism (oral communication) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Windows technology environments.
- Technical support: all Microsoft products.
- User support: MS Office, and various software.
- Installation, configuration, migration, and/or maintenance: PCs, printers, software, and other peripherals.
- Customer-focused, motivated, and autonomous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and fast execution.
- Organized, good communicator, and service-oriented.
