We operate in the information technology field by providing professional and technical support to our clients, which consist of businesses of various sizes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone troubleshooting services related to software, hardware, and basic issues with equipment and software support for level 1 and 2.
  • Log all incoming calls into a ticketing system, and establish priority accordingly;
  • Install, configure, and test layered applications (including the Microsoft Office suite, customer emails, antivirus software, etc.), and provide related support services;
  • Administer the Microsoft Office suite and other client-related applications for Riopel Consultant;
  • Escalate tickets to the appropriate consultant on the team;
  • Assist consultants with related projects as needed for the clients.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Post-secondary education (technical).
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and major application software.
  • Ability to work outside of normal hours and remotely for support rotations.
