Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve client issues, via phone, email, or on-site visits related to servers.
- Manage and follow up on problems and requests in a timely manner.
- Plan and coordinate updates for servers and IT equipment.
Requirements:
- College diploma or Microsoft certification.
- 5 years of relevant experience in server-side diagnostics and problem resolution.
- Bilingualism (oral proficiency is an asset).
- Good knowledge and experience with Windows server environments.
- Technical support: all Microsoft products.
- User support: MS Office and various software.
- Expertise in enterprise backup systems.
- Good knowledge of AD, GPO, DNS, VPN environments.
- Good knowledge of enterprise routers.
- Customer service-oriented, motivated, and autonomous.
- Excellent analytical skills and quick execution.
- Organized, good communicator, and quality-focused service provider.
