We operate in the information technology field by providing professional and technical support to our clients, which consist of businesses of various sizes. Responsibilities:
- Provide phone troubleshooting services related to software, hardware, and basic issues with equipment and software support for level 1 and 2.
- Log all incoming calls into a ticketing system, and establish priority accordingly;
- Install, configure, and test layered applications (including the Microsoft Office suite, customer emails, antivirus software, etc.), and provide related support services;
- Administer the Microsoft Office suite and other client-related applications for Riopel Consultant;
- Escalate tickets to the appropriate consultant on the team;
- Assist consultants with related projects as needed for the clients.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Post-secondary education (technical).
- Ability to learn quickly and manage priorities efficiently.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and major application software.
- Ability to work outside of normal hours and remotely for support rotations.
