Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a client portfolio across various sectors.
- Present and sell Riopel Consultant’s services and solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions that address their challenges.
- Maintain constant follow-up with prospects and clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams and project management to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Write commercial proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. Participate in trade shows, events, and business meetings to promote the company’s services.
Requirements:
- Degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the technology or service sectors.
- Excellent ability to identify client needs and close sales.
- Mastery of negotiation techniques and consultative sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Autonomy, organization, and the ability to work under pressure to meet objectives.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- Knowledge of the information technology sector and project management is a plus.
