Riopel Consultant, a growing company operating since 1998 and located in Saint-Jérôme, is currently looking for a web application developer to join its team. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define client needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
• Ensure the quality and security of developed applications by following best development practices. Participate in analyzing technical problems and propose appropriate solutions.
• Perform testing, updates, and improvements on existing applications.
• Write technical documentation for developed applications.

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in web development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery) and back-end technologies (PHP, WordPress, etc.).
• Good experience with modern frameworks (Laravel, etc.).
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL).
• Experience with versioning tools (Git, BitBucket).
• Understanding of web security principles and best development practices. Team spirit, autonomy, rigor, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Bilingualism (oral and written) is an asset.
