We offer a full range of IT products, including computer repair…<\/h2><\/h2><\/div>

According to the company’s needs, Riopel Consultant<\/strong> will create a sales plan for the purchase of IT equipment. This sales plan will be submitted to the responsible person in the company so that they can agree on the deadlines to be met as well as the order of procedures for equipment installation. Once the sales plan is approved and the deadlines are set, it will be possible to request quotes from suppliers.<\/p>\n

In order to ensure the best value for money, Riopel Consultant<\/strong> works with several suppliers whose reputation for quality is well established. Once the quotes are received, we will evaluate with you the most cost-effective options for your company. Once the choice is made, we proceed with the installation of components, wiring<\/a>, and configuration either in our workshop or on-site. During this step, nothing is taken lightly, several tests are carried out to ensure that the equipment is functional and of good quality<\/strong>. We then deliver the equipment to your company and, if needed, provide training on several software programs.<\/p>\n

All our IT systems are guaranteed for a period of one year (parts and labor) on-site. However, issues related to software are not covered by this warranty.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
