We work in IT, offering professional and technical support services to our clientele made up of companies of various sizes. <\/div><\/div><\/div>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Analyze and resolve customers\u2019 problems over the phone, via email, or during site visits for the servers.<\/li>\n
- Manage and follow-up on problems and requests in a timely manner.<\/li>\n
- Plan and coordinate updates for the servers and equipment in the computer inventory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- College degree or Microsoft certification.<\/li>\n
- 5 years of relevant experience in server-side problem diagnostics and resolution.<\/li>\n
- Spoken bilingualism is an asset.<\/li>\n
- Good knowledge and experience of Windows server environments.<\/li>\n
- Ability to offer technical assistance: All Microsoft products.<\/li>\n
- Ability to offer user assistance: MS Office and other various software.<\/li>\n
- Proficiency with corporate backup systems Good knowledge of AD, GPO, DNS and VPN environments.<\/li>\n
- Good knowledge of corporate routers.<\/li>\n
- Focus on customer service, self-motivation and autonomy.<\/li>\n
- Excellent analytical skills and speed of work.<\/li>\n
- Organizational skills, good communication skills and focus on service quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
