If your legal entity has an agreement with Riopel for the provision of services (“Customer“), this Privacy Notice is incorporated by reference into your Service Agreement with Riopel and your use of the Services under the Service Agreement is subject to the Privacy Notice. Unless otherwise defined in the Privacy Notice, all terms used will have the meanings set out in the Service Agreement.

Riopel is committed to protecting your personal data. Should it happen that we ask you to provide us with personal data by which you may be identified using this website, we assure you that this data will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Account Data

Clients must provide specific personal information when they sign up for our services through our website, including their name, address, telephone number, and billing information (such as credit card number) and the type of personal computer used to access the services. Personal data collected from customers during the registration process is used to manage the customer’s account (for example billing purposes).
